This quote, from a fan living in New England, is typical:  "It's hard for me to imagine what your life is like in Utah.  From the photos, it looks pretty sparse."

Actually, Utah's geography is pretty amazing.  From my home, I can drive ten minutes west and be in the marsh lands surrounding the Great Salt Lake.  Ten minutes east puts me at numerous trail heads that lead to alpine vistas.  Three hours south and I'm enjoying Utah's unbelievably gorgeous red rock deserts.  A one hour drive puts me in Idaho or Wyoming’s backcountry...
